Rock, Funk, Blues, Zydeco, Motown, Reggae, and Caribbean. The Rhythm Method features an all star line up of some of Colorado’s finest musicians. The result is a powerful sound featuring smooth, soulful three part vocal arrangements, a rock solid rhythm section, tastefully innovative guitar work, along with dynamic accordion and keyboards. Members of The Rhythm Method have toured nationally as well as internationally with past projects, and shared stages with such national acts as "Widespread Panic", "Phish", "Little Feat", "The String Cheese Incident", "Aquarium Rescue Unit", "Leftover Salmon", "William Topley", "Opie Gone Bad", "Derek Trucks Band", "Toots and the Maytals", "The Wailers" and "Hot Rize".
The Members: Lee Johnson- Guitars and Vocals Previous to "The Rhythm Method" Lee played in "Runaway Truck Ramp", written up in Rolling Stone Magazine as "one of the top 150 acts that make up the soul of Saturday Night". In addition to touring nationally, Runaway Truck Ramp played to sell out crowds at local venues such as the Fox, Boulder, Aggie, and Gothic theatres. Lee is a singer/songwriter who works locally, performing solo and as a studio musician.
Dave Weisbart- Bass Guitar and Vocals Dave played for eight years in "Band Du Jour" which toured nationally as well as internationally. Their success nationally led to 2-night sell-outs at local venue the Fox Theatre. Band Du Jour recorded several CDs on which Dave played a prominent role as the bass player but also singer/songwriter/arranger. Dave also recorded and toured with the "Johnny-O Band" on the Colorado and national/international blues scene.
Joe Jogerst- Keyboards and Accordion Joe was a member of "Leftover Salmon" for 4 years and recorded on their first album "Bridges To Bert". He has recorded live on E-Town with musicians such as "Arlo Guthrie" and "Laurie Lewis". Joe is an expert player both live and in the studio.
